Sell to State is the company behind Hook. We built Hook because government procurement search is fragmented across 194+ country-specific portals, each with different languages, query syntaxes, and data formats. Vendors that want to sell to government either focus on one country (and miss every other market) or pay aggregators that run weeks behind. Hook's job is to make that gap unnecessary.
